Welcome to Heirloom Wellness Retreat, nestled 10 minutes from Elora, Ontario, on a private 23 acre horse farm. A Japandi inspired Healing Arts Barn serves as a sanctuary for transformation and holistic wellness. Offerings will include hydrotherapy, pilates, yoga, sound healing, forest bathing, equine therapy, Naturopathic Medicine treatments, RIFE therapy and wellness workshops. Guests can enjoy a plant based restaurant - Nori - set within a serene Japanese tea room. Accomodations within luxurious tiny homes will complete the restorative experience.

Dr. Shelly Frank, ND earned her medical degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2007, following her undergraduate studies at the University of Calgary. She is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario and a proud member of both the Canadian and Ontario Associations of Naturopathic Medicine. She is committed to empowering individuals to tap into their natural ability to heal through a holistic approach.
She is also the founder of Heirloom Wellness Retreat, a Japandi-inspired Healing Arts Centre and tiny home retreat that combines traditional natural health therapies with innovative, cutting edge treatments and wellness workshops.
